How affiliate links are identified
Every monetized recommendation is labeled beside the link and uses the standard sponsored-link attribute. Editorial pages may also link to official documentation without affiliate tracking when the purpose is evidence rather than purchase.
Which commercial relationships are active?
Some links to Parallels Desktop are affiliate links. If a reader buys through them, Resilient Backup Lab may earn a commission. These links appear only where the product is relevant to a Mac virtualization or recovery-testing requirement.
What the commercial relationship cannot change
An advertiser cannot pay for a ranking, remove a failure mode, approve an article before publication or convert an untested feature into a tested claim. We publish plan limits, evidence gaps and unsuitable use cases even when they reduce the likelihood of a purchase.
How current offers are handled
Prices, coupons, editions and eligibility can change. We do not promise a discount unless it is visible in the current destination or a dated program asset. Readers should confirm the final product, price and terms before purchase.
Does an affiliate approval count as a product endorsement?
No. Program approval only permits tracked referrals. A product recommendation requires a relevant decision model, current official sources and—where the article claims operational behavior—a reproduced test or an explicit statement that testing is still pending.
