Our focus
We cover backup architecture, business continuity, clean recovery, platform-specific restoration and product selection. The common thread is a hostile assumption: production identity, management tooling or normal documentation may be unavailable when recovery begins.
Why this publication exists
Backup documentation is often split across product manuals, licensing tables, support notes and security white papers. Marketing comparisons flatten important constraints. We organize those constraints around the questions that appear immediately before a design or purchasing decision.
Author experience
M.Neboke has worked with AWS since 2009 and implemented an enterprise production release on AWS in 2015. Since then, M.Neboke has continued to work on enterprise architecture, with a recent focus on how large organizations can implement the 3-2-1-1-0 backup model in practice and how Backup as a Service platforms should be evaluated.
The publication exists because field-derived decision frameworks can help other organizations improve their security and recovery posture. It does not publish confidential employer, client or project information.

Who it is for
The library is written for organizations and the service providers that support them. It connects enterprise-grade recovery principles with controls that can be implemented and tested at a realistic scale.
